Newable is looking for a Head of Direct Channel to join the newly established North regional brokerage business.

The main purpose of the job will be to set up and manage a telesales team providing appointments for the finance brokers ensuring exemplary levels of support and advice to UK businesses who are looking for commercial finance solutions throughout all stages. You will source data and create marketing strategies to generate new business enquiries. Understanding the target demographic and ensuring clients have funding requirements.

As a the Head of Direct Channel, you will also be expected to work closely with the Regional Head of Broking to develop and execute the strategic plan for the business, ensuring an integrated approach across our target markets and continuous product and channel development.

The main responsibilities within this role include;

- Managing the telesales team, ensuring that the team are performing and enquiries are handled with a high level of care and due diligence.

- Monitoring the handling of inbound calls and outbound calls to develop new business, ensure completed to a high competency level with a client centric approach.

- Supporting the direct team with booking appointments for the finance brokers and ensuring that a funding requirement has been identified.
